Do you offer more than just princesses?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of characters for all genders, see our character page for all of our available options.
Do you have any characters not listed on the website?
No, but if you are interested in a character we do not offer, let us know! We appreciate any and all feedback and recommendations
Does the family need to provide anything for the characters and/or for their activities?
No, North Florida Fairytales provides all of the necessary items needed for all of our activities!
Do you have any activities for boys?
Yes! All of our activities are curated to be gender neutral so all kids are able to participate. Ex. Our craft time activity includes a gender neutral crown, we provide markers and stickers for boys and girls to decorate!
Do the princesses sing?
Yes! All of our characters are trained to provide a performance level singing experience.
Does the character need any help with the activities?
No, we provide an assistant for every party and event to assist with activities, pictures, music, clean up, ect, so the performer stays in character 100% of the time!
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer year round military and first responder discounts!
How far in advance should I book?
Our calendar fills up fast, so we recommend no less than 2 weeks before! However, We do our best to accommodate any last-minute bookings, so don't feel scared to reach out.
Do you travel out of Jacksonville?
YES! We try to spread magic as far as we can, so we will travel up to 100 miles away from our headquarters! This includes St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, Southern Georgia, and more! Travelling may incur a travel fee. Contact us today to find out your distance from our castle.
I’m ready to book! What’s next?
Great! Fill out this booking form to request your event! If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of your booking. Payment of your retainer indicates agreement to the terms and conditions listed on our policies page.
Will my performer come to my house in costume, or will she need a place to change?
Your princess will arrive in full costume, wig, make-up and personality! Our performers are trained to remain in full character for the entire duration of your party, for both children and adults. They’re specifically instructed not to answer to their “real” names as it takes away the magic, so please call them by the character they’re portraying!
Will my performer be the one pictured?
While we can’t guarantee any specific performer due to our complex scheduling system, we can guarantee that all the performers on our website are currently with the company, and that we are selective about who portrays which character. We never outsource our performers, so you can be rest assured that you’ll be getting one of our personally trained performers.
Do you have any weather restrictions?
For safety’s sake, we request that outdoor parties be held within 50 and 80 degrees, with warmer parties having access to shade. We are happy to perform at indoor parties year-round!
We’re in Florida! What about a “Force Majeure?”
Great question! If either party must cancel the engagement due to an “Act of God”, “Force Majeure”, riot, strike, epidemic, or by the order of any public authority, a “rain date” may be arranged within 30 days (pending availability). If no date can be settled upon, this contract shall become null and void, all balance payments shall be refunded, and both parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other.
